Event Details

September of 2014 was the world’s first encounter with Amanda Lee Peers on a global level. Singing her own soulful rendition of ZZ Ward’s “Put The Gun Down”, she was featured on NBC’s The Voice as a contestant on Gwen Stefani’s team. Since then, she released an EP titled Summertime State of Mind, toured the North East and has opened up for the likes of Sawyer Fredericks, Jessica Lea Mayfield, Mat Kearny and The Script.

Many of the singer-songwriter’s fans’ first encounter with her was in her hometown of Rochester, NY where she won a singing contest in 2011. Following that success, Peers went on to form soul/rock band called The Driftwood Sailors, which gained a strong regional following.  The band released a full length album titled White Horses & Black Jeans in 2012 and played numerous festivals opening for artists such as The Spin Doctors and Bruce Hornsby & The Noisemakers. In 2013, Peers decided to pursue a solo career and parted ways with the band.

She has just finished up her second solo EP titled Sinner, which is set to release in Spring of 2018. A large departure from her last acoustic-based EP, Sinner shows a deeper side of Peers, reflected in the dark and haunting overtones in each song. She worked with producer Sam Polizzi to create a hybrid of dark soul, R&B and rock similar to the likes of Bishop Briggs and The Weeknd.
