Joe Webber is a Niagara Falls multi-instrumentalist/musician who has been playing for years. Most recent bands include Junk Yard Dogs (Winners of multiple Buffalo Music Awards, and winners of the WNY Blues Society Memphis Bound Competition), Group Therapy (Steely Dan Tribute Band who opened for many National Acts like the Beach Boys), and Soul Committee (Local R&B band that received Buffalo Music Awards and WNY Blues Society Awards.
